Another change, and yes, it's the css again. This is a big upgrade folks - I've installed colour at last! And I have to say I rather like the results too. Comments (yeah, right) to the usual address; it's around here somewhere. Oh, and now that these side menus are dynamically generated, they don't work right on the archives pages. Sorry about that, I'll fix it next, I promise.

Today's fiddling was with the css stylesheet. Now everyone should see the same page layout, no more odd box widths from IE. Hopefully. I hope you lot appreciate this - I had to use Windows just to see what IE was up to so I could fix it, and you know I hate having to do that.

It's been a long time between updates again, partly because I've been doing stuff, and partly because the Wasted Cablemodem has been rather unreliable for about a month now. Still, I used the time to write some more new bits for the site (this news thing is a bit more useful now) so it wasn't all wasted (I know, I know, but I promise not to do it again).

Since moving this thing to it's shiny new location I've been messing about, mainly to make it easier for me to update. Today I uploaded the new bits. You won't hopefully notice a damn thing, except that the links down the side here will be updated much more frequently now there is less hoop-jumping involved. The film links will take you to the relevant IMDb page and the rest lead to various bits of Amazon.
Actually, on the subject of Amazon, I've been thinking about signing up as an Associate. This would mean that if any of you lot buy anything after following a link from here I get some cash. Okay so far, but I run this site for fun, not profit, so Phase Two of the plan is to donate anything raised to charity, probably Cancer Research UK. If you want to let me know what you think of this idea by emailing me, I'd appreciate your thoughts. Currently the links are still just links, so don't worry about donating to something you disapprove of, and if I do go ahead with this I'll make it as clear as I can what is going on.
